Dr. Kingsley (he/him)

Dr. Kingsley (he/him) is a naturopathic doctor who works with a diverse range of patients, from primary care to complex chronic illness. His passion for working with complex chronic illness stems from seeing those closest to him neglected by the healthcare system, when their health became too complicated. Dr. Kingsley’s favorite naturopathic principle is Docere, which means doctor as teacher. As a healthcare provider, he wants all his patients to have a clear understanding of their own health and empower them to learn as much about what they are experiencing as possible.

He works to cultivate a warm, welcoming environment where patients feel heard. Individualized medicine takes time, and Dr. Kingsley makes sure every patient has a safe space to tell their own story, at their own pace.

Dr. Kingsley was born and raised in Michigan. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Oberlin College (Oberlin, OH). He then earned his Master’s in Medical Physiology from Case Western Reserve University (Cleveland, OH), before completing his Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine degree from the National University of Natural Medicine (Portland, OR). His post-docturate training has been focused on understanding complex chronic illness and how underlying inflammation can contribute to ongoing medical issues. He addresses these concerns through a blend of conventional and naturopathic modalities, with the needs of the patient always dictating the direction of the treatment. Other areas of focus are talking with patients about how their nervous system impacts their day-to-day health and ensuring proper detoxification.

Outside of the clinic, you can find Dr. Kingsley hiking, paddle boarding, skiing, or camping all over the Pacific Northwest with his wife and son. He also loves wood working, grilling, and tumbling around with his dogs.

Starting in February, Dr. Kingsley will be taking new patients to address any acute or chronic conditions. Insurance credentialing underway.
